gentle introduction to yoga. A perfect introduction to yoga
and the benefits of a regular practice.
Beginner Ashtanga -
This is a perfect class for those that want to learn
more about the Ashtanga practice and don't feel ready to jump into
the complete flow.
Ashtanga 1st Series -
The primary
series is called "Yoga Chikitsa" which means Yoga Therapy. A
fun and challenging practice for those who like to sweat.
Modified Ashtanga
- Slightly slower
version of the primary series.
Mysore-Style Practice - Come and
practice Ashtanga at your own pace with guidance of a teacher.
Your teacher will guide, not lead your practice.
Lunchtime Yoga - Attention given to the breath and movement.
Ashtanga Mixed -
A class where we
use the Ashtanga foundation but focus also on different postures not
included in the primary series.
Ashtanga - Short Form -
Primary series in a shortened form, traditional style and pacing.
Gentle Yoga - A restorative class that focuses on slower
gentler movements.
Vinyasa Flow
- Dynamic class that links postures to create a flowing and
vigorous practice.
Kripalu - All Levels
- A class to learn and delve deeper into postures using the breath
as the focus. Appropriate for beginners, prenatal and experienced
practitioners.
Intro
to Yoga for Teens -
Teens learn
the basics of yoga.
Mommy and Me - A fun class for the 2-5 year old
and their caregiver.
YogaKids - Yoga fun for the 6-10 year old.
Teen Time
- A six week class for 13-17 year olds. Emphasis on movement and
acceptance.
