Eileen Melley, RYT, received her yoga teacher training at Omega Institute in New York.
She enjoys the ashtanga practice and feels that yoga is a gift that
helps you to gain awareness and compassion (it’s also good to sweat
in the process). |

Linda S. Alexander, MD, is a
physician and avid gardener. She completed David Swensen's
teacher training program. Linda is devoted to the Ashtanga
practice because of the unique blend of strength, flexibility and
balance that it offers. She also notes the remarkable
capacity of calming the mind that yoga has made available to her. |

Trish
Poirier, RN,
is a registered nurse that has been transformed by
the Ashtanga practice. She has practiced under the guidance of many
renowned teachers including Pattabhi Jois, Nancy Gilgoff, and David
Williams |

Jeffrey Zweig has received his
teacher training with senior Ashtanga teachers, David Swenson and
Nancy Gilgoff. Jeffrey offers a safe environment for students to
explore yoga without competition or self criticism. An environment
of respect for and awareness of the body, breath and spirit. Coming
from a background in the performing arts, Jeff has been a
professional musician in the Broadway theater. He is a lifelong
advocate of exercise and fitness, he studied nutrition while
completing a Bachelors Degree at the University of Connecticut |
