fatigue. As a part of any comprehensive wellness program, massage therapy
offers a variety of benefits for the body, mind, and spirit.
Therapeutic Massage

First Time Visits
Tell us your needs
- Explain to the Massage Therapist why you are getting a massage. For example, you
may want relief for sore muscles, for a specific injury, or you may just want to relax.
Dress -
The therapist leaves the room while you undress. You will be covered warmly at all
times, except for the area being massaged. Please let the therapist know if you
prefer to leave on some or all of your clothes.
How often -
Consistency is the key! With regular sessions, you should begin to notice positive
changes in how you feel. The length of your session will depend on your individual
needs.
Scheduling
- You may schedule either a single session or establish regular weekly or monthly
appointments. Please arrive a few minutes before your first appointment to complete
a health history form. See our first-visit discount
coupons as well as our selection of Gift Certificates and Packages. |

Foot Reflexology
This technique works on the same principle as acupuncture, but rather than using needles,
simple pressure is applied through the fingers to the minute reflex points in and around
the feet. This in turn, stimulates specific parts of the body depending upon where
the pressure is applied. Reflexology is a safe and relaxing experience. The
benefits include:
Increased efficiency of
the immune system
Increased blood supply throughout
the body
Improved nerve function
Relief from digestive upsets |

Hot Stone Massage
This treatment is the application of deep penetrating
heat, using basalt stones (worn smooth by the actions of wind and water) on the body
to bring about healing and balance. A Hot Stone Massage incorporated into your
traditional massage therapy session greatly enhances the relaxing and healing benefits of
massage. |

Aromatherapy Massage
The therapeutic use of essential oils from aromatic
plants has been enhancing health and well-being for hundreds of years. Essential
Oils holistically balance the body, mind and spirit, and create positive changes to a
person's mood and energy level. With each aromatherapy massage, a combination of essential
oils are blended to meet the individual's specific needs. |
